Where will you ship?
When sales open, our initial delivery area will be the contiguous 48 United States. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How do I choose a product?
Review the product dimensions, package weight, setup area, intended use and manual. Contact support if you need help.
Can inflatables be used in wind or rain?
Do not use an inflatable in strong wind, rain or severe weather. Follow the model manual and deflate promptly when conditions become unsafe.
How do returns work?
Contact support first for an RMA. Do not send a product to a warehouse without approval.
